Probably part of the Tibetan nationality. This may be the same as the Rgalthangwas language in Yunnan on the Tibet Autonomous Region border. There is a town named 'Atuentze' in Dechen Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan, on the border of the Tibet Autonomous Region. Buddhist (Lamaist), Christian.
